Visitors and caretakers, do not see daily interactions between staff and your loved ones. As an observer, I watched interactions with staff and it was nice to see. Residents surrounding MedTechs like School children! That’s what you want in a place like this. Staff who cares

Deerwood Place is amazing, which is why I chose it for my grandmother. I was impressed with the administrator Mr. Charles. He is wonderful and really cares about the residents. The community has a game room, Billard room, a library and a piano. They also have home health therapists that come to see the residents. I am so grateful for the care my grandmother is receiving!!

When comparing to other facilities I would say Deerwood is the best. I’ve toured several assisted living facilities and I’m happy I chose Deerwood Place ALF to be my home. I’m happy to have my own space to myself but engage with my new friends. The staff and residents goes over and beyond to help with 100% effort.
